CareContinuity needed a partner to help offer leadership at an executive and board level as well as mentorship before their Series A round. As part of the challenge, the founding team needed to build a growth plan and company structure to attract new capital.

How we helped

We mentored the founding team in development of the business before funding, integrating executive talent and placement for the COO, CEO, CGO and Board members. We helped transition the founders to key roles, solidifying the strategy, product, culture and vision. Our work transformed the entire company and how it operated.

What we built

As a result of the work, we supported CareContinuity in executing its growth plan and improving its financial position. Care Continuity was able to grow from $2M to $20M+ in a period of a few years with the completion of a $10M Series A investment and $5M extension three years later.
