The problem
We were asked to architect a stage-gated product studio aimed at launching new behavioral health ventures for caregivers. There was a desire to slowly build teams with outside talent capable of scaling from concept products into business ventures inside their healthcare system. They needed a way to create a unique culture supportive of startup ways of working and capable of accelerating product/market fit.
How we helped
We designed the learning infrastructure and processes to continually test with customers in market and formed an adaptive team that evolved across research, test, build and launch phases. The team slowly expanded as problem/solution and product/market fit were achieved. We acted as an operating partner, co-founder and teaming development agency, creating a unique culture embodying Steadii, an independent brand that worked both inside and outside of the healthcare system.
What we built
As a result of the work, we launched the business and new brand in the market and operated it over a multiple years. Our work created a national brand with 20+ caregiver advocates that supported the emotional needs of caregivers supporting loved ones with dementia and Alzheimer's. Our work sparked new ways of working inside the healthcare system, integrating with a variety of new service models across a range of B2B, B2B2C and B2C channels.
