As the business approached $10M in revenue they needed a partner to integrated it's business architecture across commercial strategy, financial operations, and governance structure for the next growth curve.

We partnered closely with leadership to refine marketing collateral, develop a focused value-based care strategy, and install an opportunity analysis framework complete with customer ROI projections—all designed to clarify market positioning and expand the sales pipeline. These initiatives established a clear connection between product capabilities and customer outcomes, equipping the commercial team to engage prospects and investors with a stronger, data-backed narrative.
What we built
As a result of the work, we supported ThoroughCare in restructuring its venture debt, maturing its cap table management, and strengthening governance reporting and investor relations. We also enhanced financial transparency, audit readiness, and strategic decision-making across the organization. ThoroughCare was able to elevate both its commercial sophistication and financial discipline, increasing revenue by 33% in 10 months.
