We use a proprietary combination of the Enneagram, executive experience, and change philosophy to unlock how teams respond to change by developing their unique whole-team potential and behaviors. Through a combination of coaching, facilitation, and teaching, your team learns a shared language for how to work, make choices, communicate, and respond together in a more intentional and whole way.

Our coaching program includes coaching, teaching, and facilitation. Using the Enneagram, we offer bespoke content and practices to help leaders and their teams integrate their potential and new behaviors over a 90-day period. We engage periodically with the leader and their peers to gather 360-degree feedback and offer insights into the whole leadership potential they are developing. The program includes the following:
