How we're different
Our transition coaching connects who your leaders are becoming with what their new role demands of them. As a result, leaders evolve their leadership style such that they impact the capacity of everyone to respond during periods of high change.
We use a proprietary combination of the Enneagram, executive coaching, and business context to grow how leaders respond to change through their unique whole-leadership potential and behaviors. Leaders will develop deeper self-awareness, clarity in choice-making, and the ability to work differently with their peers and teams.
How you benefit
Our coaching programs includes both teaching and facilitation. Using the Enneagram, we offer bespoke content and practices to help leaders integrate their potential and new behaviors over a 90 day period. We engage periodically with the leader and peers of the leader we are coaching to not only get 360 feedback, but also share insights into the whole-leadership potential they are developing.
