The system faced the challenge of innovating in the present while simultaneously disrupting the future.

We guided the leadership team through a futures-based strategy process that fostered healthy conflict around the vision, pathways, models, and capabilities required to create that future. As a result, the organization secured funding for the strategy and began building a dedicated leadership team to bring the opportunity to life.
