Our solutions in practice
For a regional health system facing the transition of leaders into a completely new innovation organization structure, we started by coaching key leaders as they stepped into new roles requiring immediate results. We also worked with their leadership teams responsible for the work, addressing burnout from the stress of continued transformation.
Bespoke working sessions were central to our approach, helping leaders and teams practice new ways of working together through real-time experiments. Harnessing our proprietary adaptation of the Enneagram, we facilitated workshops, coached leaders, and created a common vocabulary that accelerated the team's ability to move together into the new structure and achieve results.
