We use a proprietary combination of the Enneagram, executive coaching, and business context to grow how teams respond to change through their unique whole-team potential and behaviors. Through a combination of coaching, facilitation, and teaching, your team learns a shared language for how to work, make choices, communicate, and respond together in a more intentional and whole way.

We most often engage in team-based coaching following an initial leader transition coaching engagement.

How you benefit

Our coaching programs include both teaching and facilitation. Using the Enneagram, we offer bespoke content and practices to help leaders and their teams integrate their potential and new behaviors over a 90 day period. We engage periodically with the leader and peers of the leader we are coaching to not only get 360 feedback, but also share insights into the whole-team potential they are developing. The program includes the following:

Discovery

  • Enneagram profiles of each team member with depthful insights

  • Enneagram teaming map showing the individual and collective change patterns

Dialogue

  • Monthly 1:1 coaching sessions (up to 10 sessions)

  • Weekly 1:1 leader coaching sessions

  • Slack/email support between sessions

  • “Responding to change with the Enneagram” team intro workshop

  • One facilitated team workshop per month

Integration

  • Enneagram education tailored around one to three ways of leading differently

  • Practical tools for the leader to integrate themselves into the team

  • End-of-program team journey report and next-phase recommendations
